Shareholder register - what’s included
Digital shareholder register
We will prepare your company for the process of transforming its share register into a digital shareholder register.
Compliance with the requirements of the Commercial Companies Code
We will create and maintain the register in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Companies Code.
Access to data
Shareholders and the issuer will be provided with access to data required by law.
Changes to the register
We will make changes to the register in connection with changes in share ownership, e.g. in the event of sale or inheritance.
Blocks, pledges, certificates
We will establish blocks and pledges within the register and handle the issuance of certificates from the shareholder register.
Payment of dividends
We will handle the payment of dividends, unless the issuer’s articles of association provide otherwise.
Register-related activities
We will carry out all other activities relating to the register.
